Paving Sealing

Block paving cleaning and sealing is a 3 Stage process -

Step 1: The paved area is first cleaned using a high powered rotary headed pressure cleaner to remove any weeds, moss or dirt that may have built up over time. Any oil and diesel stains can also be treated and removed at this stage.

Step 2: After cleaning, pure kiln dried sand is brushed into the joints between the blocks to stabilise the paving from any movement.

Step 3: Smartseal acrylic block paving sealer is then sprayed* onto the block paving. This will increase the lifespan of the paving giving long lasting protection.

* The acrylic sealant is sprayed in a two coat application ensuring each individual block and sand is saturated and to provide the most protective solution.

NB: We would also advise to treat the paved area with weed killer or fungicidal wash approx. 7-10 days before cleaning for best results.
